What does ACLIVITI do?

ACLIVITI provides advisory consulting services in the digital transformation of contact centers and networks.

We specialize in moving legacy contact centers to cloud-connected, omnichannel CCaaS solutions. This includes building and managing end-to-end transformation program plans in the Network, Collaboration, and Digital Contact Center space. In addition, we provide full lifecycle support for vendor performance management to user satisfaction after the initial vendor selection and implementation.

Our consultants are process, sales, contact center, CCaaS, UCaaS, and technology subject matter experts in the contact center ecosystems. Sr. Technical Program and project managers manage projects and a diverse set of analysts with strengths in business case development and forecasting, operational metrics and data analysis.

What is the difference between ACLIVITI and a value-added reseller (VAR)?

A VAR sells and implements one-time hardware and software purchases. Acliviti helps clients utilize 3rd-party cloud and managed services to the maximum value on IT investments. We help clients assess which vendor capability to keep, which to augment, and which to throw away.

Is ACLIVITI a Telecom broker?

CCaaS, UCaaS, and SD-WAN transformation requires a strategic, consultative, change management approach to align the organization, NOT comparing vendor quotes in a spreadsheet. The traditional telecom broker model creates value through commodity replacement of like for like telco services with tactical project management or telecom expense management services. Our revenue model is similar to a broker, but we focus on strategic transformation.

Is ACLIVITI a System Integrator?

Not in a traditional sense where Systems Integrators rely on deep benches of Application Developers writing custom code into complex systems. We help our clients integrate CCaaS platforms and applications into critical existing systems like CRM, Case Management, and reporting engines.

Does ACLIVITI provide customer support after the CCaaS implementation?

We facilitate and prep Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) between clients and their vendor partners. We manage the risk of QBRs becoming “90-120 day look in the rear view mirror” meetings that diminish executive engagement rapidly. In addition to monitoring SLAs, we lead forward-looking strategic discussions that engage your vendors and your evolving requirements over time so they can provide strategic and solution-oriented action.

Does ACLIVITI build Proof of Concept (POC)?

Yes, we can build and run POCs with the vendor(s) of choice and a POC can be a part of the plan to support a final decision. We help clients refine their requirements and decision criteria to make vendor selection easier, which sometimes replaces the need for a POC.

Does ACLIVITI have preferred vendors with whom it works?

Yes. We partner with industry leaders who can meet the complex solution requirements global enterprises demand. However, we only recommend the partner that can fulfill the expectations and objectives outlined in our APEX process completed with our client.

How does ACLIVITI maintain vendor solution objectivity?

Our qualified list of vendors comes with different operating models, different technology and application integration capabilities, and different global security and compliance footprints. The best selection for one client is NOT the best selection for another. Our APEX process objectively assesses our client’s business and technical requirements and objectively validates them against possible vendor solutions that can meet or exceed those requirements.

We provide value to our clients anywhere in their buying cycle, but our best client experiences hire us early in the process to help set realistic business expectations for timeline, budget, and outcomes.
